The "AX" system offers a reliable, low cost, effective automatic lubrication system. It consists of the AX pump which is an automatic, self-contained, electrically powered pump. The pump is equipped with a ported radial manifold where positive displacement pumping units are installed. Each pumping unit is dedicated to a specific lubrication point. The disruption of one pumping unit will not affect the other units' operation. The "AX" pump is available with either 12, 24, or 36 ports; 110 or 220 volt AC, and 6, 15, 30, or 60 minute cycle time.
Lubeplus "GX" pumps have been designed to operate with either a positive displacement unit (good for either oil or fluid grease) or metering flow units. The lubricator is equipped with condition monitoring features and a microprocessor control. The standard unit is supplied with a controller which allows a selection of either a "timed mode" operation or a "combination mode" of time and impulse count. Other standard features include cumulative time delay, pressure monitoring, lubricant level monitoring, interface relay, remote pressure sensing, manual override, etc.
